High Point Section Five is a 55 plus community in Delray Beach, located within Palm Beach County Florida where the sun and the fun come together!

The Community has a no pet allowed policy and is situated inland about 3 miles from Downtown Delray Beach. Constructed in 1979, with 67 buildings, each one floor building has (2) one bedroom and (2) two bedroom units with a total of 268 units, and a clubhouse that includes a kitchen, a small library, restrooms, a large community area where are we hold our functions or for personal private events, and our Administrative Office. Sections 5 has a Heated and Cooled swimming pool with a set temperature of 85 degrees all year round, tennis courts, pétanque, bocce, corn hole and shuffleboard.
